Prison Transport Group Incorporated provides FREE transport and other support services to the families of prisoners in Qld in order to facilitate family contact. We are a registered charity and not part of Queensland Corrective Services. PTG is a mutually respectful service providing safe and free travel. We will be kind and respectful to you.

Anything you say to us about your visits or relationship with the incarcerated person is confidential. We provide a generalist counselling service
Need Support?
We provide transport and support to families and there are many rules and regulations when visiting a Correctional Centre. We can assist you to understand how to navigate through these rules and ensure you know what you need to do to access a visit.
