Client Charter
- You must abide by any direction given to you by a PTG driver, including seat allocation. Failure to do so may result in you being reported to the police and/or being banned from using our service. Safety is our number one priority.
- You must provide your full name when booking via PTG or when boarding a PTG service.
- You are required to keep your mobile phone conversations to a low volume and to monitor your language. Swearing on our bus is not acceptable conduct.
- Show respect to all persons on our service, including the driver. Our drivers will respect you, so please respect them.
- PTG is not responsible for your personal belongings on our bus.
- You must wear your seatbelt. You will be fined over $1000 by police for failure to wear a seatbelt, and our driver will also be fined.
- You must supervise your children at all times. Children are not permitted to wander around the bus. The driver will stop the bus if children are not properly seated and supervised.
We are friendly and respectful in all we do.
As a condition of using our transport service, you agree to comply with the Client Charter and any directions given to you by the PTG driver on duty. For the safety of all passengers, security cameras are in use in our buses. Our passengers appreciate our free service, and our cameras are only in place for safety reasons. You are welcome on our bus!
Service Eligibility
We are partly funded to provide transport for visitors who have a booked visit at a Correctional Centre. We do not provide transport for released prisoners or professional visitors. Our drivers are not permitted to transport released prisoners or luggage from Correctional Centres.

Our Aim
To provide transport and other support services to the families of prisoners in Qld in order to facilitate family contact.
What You Can Expect from Us
- We will provide services and accurate information as quickly as possible.
- We will refer you to a more appropriate service if necessary.
- We will respond within 3 working days to written client complaints.
- We will treat you with courtesy and respect, and in a fair and equitable manner.
Your Responsibilities as a Passenger
- You need to comply with our Client Charter to ensure a safe service for everyone.
- Any conduct deemed to be of a threatening nature will be reported to the necessary authorities. Police will be called if necessary.
- Let’s treat each other with respect in language and action so everyone has a safe and comfortable trip to the Centre.
